What’s ‘Easier Profits Business School’?
‘Easier Profits Business School’ is my own signature online program that I’ve designed in response to what I’ve learned from successfully coaching business owners over the past 15 years. It’s designed to take you through step by step – in a specific sequence – all the aspects that need to be in place to make and increase profits easier…both now and for the long term…and this includes how you manage yourself, your true understanding of the finances, sales & profit in your business and how you lead your team.
The program is unique in that it will not just teach you step by step what you need to do on a practical level, but will also teach you what you need to learn and change about yourself to get different results, even if you’ve tried to implement similar changes in the past.

Why we’re now including the ‘Easier Profits Business School’ with all coaching programs…
These changes are all about ensuring clients get the best results possible, as well as having greater choice regarding the level of access to one to one coaching.
The key to long-term change and results for my clients is LEARNING the new strategies from each of the key areas taught in the ‘Easier Profits Business School’ Program, and then IMPLEMENTING these strategies in your business.
It’s simply not possible to remember everything we cover in coaching sessions, so going forward I want clients to have ongoing access to the strategy training which will be recorded and available in both video and audio format i.e. Easier Profits Business School
This will enable you to watch or listen to the training videos at any time, and then use our one-to-one coaching sessions to coach you through the removal of any obstacles to the implementation of the strategies. You will also be able to refer one of your own management/leadership team to a specific training and they will also have access to the program.
Repetition is the key to long term results. We need to re-read, re-watch and re-listen in order to embed the learning and gain new insights, as we implement the various strategies.
Each client will go through the training in the recommended sequence unless otherwise agreed between you and your coach.
The sequence is designed to lay the foundation for accelerated growth, control and structure in your business.
Different business owners will complete and implement the training modules at different speeds, depending on the level of coaching, their time available to implement and the level of attention given to the program.
The first time we go through the modules, we’re getting the basic structures in place, and then we review and re-evaluate each quarter.
In each quarterly plan, we’ll then go to a deeper level in the most important and relevant areas, depending on your own progress, goals and priorities.
